Balsamic vinegar and maple syrup is a match made...well, in the woods. It takes 40 gallons of syrup to make one gallon of syrup. Of the four grades of syrup, we chose the dark/robust level. The sweet, bold flavor blends Goldilocks-like with the tartness of the balsamic for the perfect blend.

We get the maple syrup from a local sugar bush. Their syrup has won the Best of Show award at the New York State Fair for three consecutive years. It appears others agree with our assessment, it's just great syrup that is a perfect fit for balsamic.

    Orders are shipped by USPS. Expected shipping is 3-5 business days from the time the order is processed. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday within 24 hours of receipt. US holidays and weekends do not count as business days.

Excellent vinegar. I use it to cook with and salads......so good!
