Returns & Refunds Policy
Because our products are classified as food, all sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once they have shipped.
Damages or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order is damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, email dave@cleanslatefarm.com within 7 days of delivery with:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the product, inner packaging, and outer shipping box
Once verified, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
All food products are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact dave@cleanslatefarm.com before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
The EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to perishable goods/food items. As such, EU customers do not have a right of withdrawal for our products once shipped.
Refund Timing (for approved issues only)
If a refund is approved for a damage/fulfillment error, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/issuer.
