Especially tasty when used as a glaze for grilled meat...think steak with blue cheese butter and a drizzle of this. Great on roasted pork or chicken as well. Or just a drizzle on your salad greens with or without a splash of our Garlic Olive Oil.
So thick we bottle it without our usual reducing spout. Tomato basil balsamic vinegar tends to the flavor of basil with notes of ripe tomatoes. Incredible when drizzled on tomato soup (recipe here) or as a drizzle or marinade for poultry dishes.
