Mabel Hoskins' Miracle Hand Cream
If you have an apiary full of bees you will have a lot of beeswax to deal with. We figured a hand cream would be a suitable use. After working in the garden all day or digging out of a snowstorm, this blend of coconut butter, shea butter, beeswax, lavender, and peppermint essential oils does the trick.
Developed over several months of trial and error, we came up with the right mix of oils and beeswax to hold in moisture yet not be greasy. The formula is so precise it can only be made in extremely small batches. It's said that nothing good comes easy!
Color may vary due to variations in the color of the beeswax and shea butter.
