Italian Herb Olive Oil
We have a soft spot for Italian herbs, growing thyme, summer savory, lemon thyme, oregano, sage, parsley, and tarragon in the herb garden. Almost everything we cook here has at least two of these wonderful additions. So when we discovered Italian Herb olive oil we had to give it a try and we weren't disappointed.
It's a favorite on our garden fresh salads in addition to using it with some of garlic balsamic vinegar for dipping bread. Also a superb addition to a chicken soup...just add a couple of shakes!
