If there is one thing we enjoy about our herb garden it's running our hand along the stalks of rosemary. If there is something we love more about rosemary it's using it in soups, stews, on lamb, beef...you understand.
Rosemary olive oil is fabulous on salads or drizzeled on potatoes before roasting them. The smell of roasting rosemary potatoes is beyond belief. If there was one reason to look forward to fall and winter this woud be it.
It took over a year of searching to find a mill that met our standards of taste and sustainability. Why? We're in for the long haul and if we won't use one of our products you won't see it here.
